Coming all the way from Chicago Lauren and Max flew in to take some epic Yosemite photos for their engagement! October is a super beautiful time in the park as all the aspen trees start to turn all kinds of yellow and red. With some rain in the forecast Glacier Point road was closed a day earlier than expected so we took this lovely couple to a different secret location in the park that we love just as much. After an early morning makeup session we headed out to our spot to catch a beautiful sunrise over the valley. Lauren and Max were so incredibly amazing to work with even after a sleep deprived night of travel. Their happiness was contagious and we seriously didn’t want the session to end. Because of the last minute change of plans due to the weather we decided to take them to a few more favorite locations in the valley to make up for it! The chapel is such a pretty spot with a perfect view of the falls right in front. After exploring the area together we then took them to a river location that has sweeping views of El Capitan and Bridalviel falls.
