Mountain Meadows Wedding Sneak Peek | Jane + Jon

Jane and Jon’s wedding was a little different for us, because Jane is Allen’s cousin and Allen had the honor of officiating. The day began with the quiet details: their invitation suite, the rings, and a lace gown, while the bridesmaids gathered in matching pink robes. By midday the bridesmaids were in dusty rose and the groomsmen in deep green suits, and everyone headed outside for portraits. It was a bright, sunny October day at Mountain Meadows Golf Course in Pomona.

Jane and Jon met in high school in 2011, and more than a decade later they are still choosing each other. Jane’s dad, Mar, walked her down the aisle to a white pergola with a round arch of white and pink roses, where their families were waiting. The ceremony honored a Filipino tradition of the veil, the cord, and the coins, with loved ones coming forward for each part, and a candle ceremony that brought both families into the moment. Allen reminded them that a wedding “isn’t the finish line,” but a promise about all the days that haven’t happened yet. When they were pronounced husband and wife, the aisle erupted in cheers, bubbles, and a dip and a kiss.

As the light turned warm and golden, Jane and Jon slipped away to the lake and the fountain for a few quiet minutes, just the two of them. Back inside, a floral arch of roses stood behind their sweetheart table, framed by white drapes and soft twinkle lights. They shared their first dance under the chandeliers, then cut the cake and filled the dance floor. Mr. and Mrs. De Leon, thank you for trusting us with your day. This is just a small peek, and we can’t wait for you to see the full gallery.
